Senior Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Out
London | £65,000–£75,000 + package | Consultancy
We are working with a growing independent Project & Cost Management consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join its London team.
The business has built an excellent reputation for delivering some of the UK’s most iconic landmark developments, working alongside some of the country’s leading developers and investors across commercial offices, mixed-use, hospitality, life sciences and residential.
This is a genuinely hands-on Project Management role, offering true cradle-to-grave experience. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of complex projects from early feasibility and design, through procurement and construction, all the way to completion and handover.
The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception through to handover
- Taking genuine ownership of projects across the full development lifecycle
- Acting as the key client contact and working directly with leading UK developers and investors
- Managing design teams, consultants and contractors
- Managing projects under JCT contracts, including contract administration
- Leading procurement, tendering and contractor appointments
- Managing programme, risk, change and project reporting
- Chairing client, design and contractor meetings
- Coordinating technical and design interfaces throughout delivery
- Working closely with Directors across complex landmark developments

About You
We are looking for someone with:
- 7+ years' Project Management experience
- A strong background within a pure Project Management / construction consultancy environment
- Proven commercial office fit-out and refurbishment experience
- Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts
- Genuine cradle-to-grave project delivery experience
- Confidence operating directly with clients, consultants and main contractors
- Strong technical and commercial understanding
- MRICS or MCIOB would be highly advantageous
