Senior Project Manager – Renewable Energy

Location: Remote, with visits to site and head office
Rate: £600 - £650 per day, outside IR35
Start Date: ASAP / September 2026: 12-month contract

Turner Lovell are recruiting on behalf of a global leader in the energy transition sector who are delivering some of the UK's most significant electricity transmission and renewable energy infrastructure projects.

As investment into offshore wind, HVDC interconnectors and transmission infrastructure continues to accelerate, our client is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a large-scale EPC renewable energy project.

This opportunity would suit an experienced project leader with a strong background delivering complex 275kV–400kV transmission, substation, HVDC, offshore wind, or grid connection projects, who is looking to play a key role in supporting the transition towards a net-zero energy future.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of major infrastructure projects from design through construction and commissioning, ensuring safe, commercially successful and high-quality project delivery whilst managing key client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
