Senior Project Manager – Live Events & Corporate Experiences

Location: Brighton / Sussex (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Benefits

About the Role

We are partnering with an ambitious, high-growth experiential and corporate events agency based on the South Coast. Known for delivering impactful global conferences, high-end incentive travel, and immersive corporate celebrations, they are looking for a Senior Project Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of high-stakes programmes.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a central role in driving execution, managing key client relationships, and scaling project workflows. This is a brilliant opportunity for a seasoned events professional who wants real influence within a close-knit, boutique agency environment—without corporate red tape.

Key Performance & Project Objectives

  • Full-Lifecycle Delivery: Lead 8–12 live, hybrid, and virtual programmes per year from initial brief through to post-event debrief and insights.
  • Commercial & Budget Precision: Manage event budgets (£150k+), maintaining target margins and keeping scope changes below 8%.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Coach and develop junior project staff, helping build capability across the team while optimizing project resource utilization.
  • Supplier & Stakeholder Alignment: Direct venues, technical partners, and internal creative teams to meet every milestone seamlessly.
  • Operational Innovation: Identify process or tech improvements to streamline agency planning cycles without compromising quality.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
