About Us
Unispace designs and builds workplaces for some of the world's biggest brands, across 48 studios worldwide. We're hiring a Senior Project Manager to join our Delivery team and lead large, complex fit-out projects from planning through to handover.
What You'll Be Doing
- Running projects end to end: budget, programme, resourcing, risk and compliance
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and leading regular progress meetings
- Managing subcontractors and vendors, and leading site inspections with Site Superintendents
- Working with design and engineering teams to keep delivery aligned with the client's brief
- Owning project financials, including forecasting, cost control and reporting
- Mentoring junior PMs and project engineers, and improving how we run projects across the team

What We're Looking For
- 10+ years in project management in design and construction
- A track record of delivering large, complex projects
- Strong client management skills
- Good knowledge of construction methods, building codes and regulations, plus trade coordination experience
- Confidence with MS Project, Vista or similar
- Solid budgeting and cost control experience
