Role Overview
The Senior Project Manager / Producer is a delivery-led, client-facing project management role, responsible for taking ownership of projects from initial brief through planning, production, onsite delivery and final reconciliation.
Working within a key Fury account and reporting to the Account Director, they will act as the day-to-day client lead for the projects they manage, building trusted relationships, understanding client requirements and confidently guiding clients through the delivery process. This role will work across projects on both Motorsport (F1) and Non Motorsport.
At the heart of the role is strong, traditional agency project management. The role will bring structure to complex briefs, develop and manage budgets and critical paths, coordinate Creative, Production, Technical and external partners, manage scope and approvals, identify risks early and keep multiple workstreams moving towards successful delivery.
We are looking for someone with broad experiential and live event agency experience who understands how to manage the complete development and delivery of physical brand experiences across a range of formats.
The role includes international travel and onsite delivery, including periods away from home depending on individual project requirements.
Tasks and Duties (list not exhaustive)
Project Management and Delivery
- Take ownership of projects from initial client brief through scoping, planning, creative development, production, onsite delivery and final reconciliation
- Translate client requirements into clear scopes, briefs, project plans, critical paths, budgets, deliverables and responsibilities
- Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, deadlines and approvals, ensuring projects remain on programme and potential risks are identified and addressed early
- Coordinate Creative, Production, Technical and other internal teams, providing clear direction and ensuring information and decisions flow effectively across the project
- Lead project planning meetings and maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, critical paths, status reports, meeting notes, scopes and post-project reviews
- Work closely with external suppliers, venues and delivery partners to ensure requirements, responsibilities and deadlines are clearly understood and managed
- Develop detailed onsite plans and lead or support onsite delivery, maintaining control and providing solutions within fast-moving live environments

Client Management
- Act as the principal day-to-day client contact for the projects they are leading, building strong, trusted and collaborative working relationships
- Lead client project meetings, providing clear updates, recommendations, actions and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage client expectations around scope, timings, budget, approvals and deliverables, communicating challenges early and constructively
- Work with Creative and wider project teams to develop client-facing proposals and presentations, confidently presenting recommendations and project solutions
Commercial Management
- Own the day-to-day commercial management of their projects, including project budgets, cost tracking, margin performance and financial reconciliation
- Maintain clear control of project scope, ensuring changes and additional requirements are identified, costed and approved
- Work with the Account Director to provide accurate financial and project forecasting and ensure invoicing and reconciliation milestones are achieved
- Identify potential commercial risks or inefficiencies early and take proactive action to protect project profitability
Account & Team Contribution
- Work closely with the Account Director, maintaining clear visibility of project status, client sentiment, commercial position, risks and opportunities
- Contribute insight and ideas that support the development and growth of the wider client relationship
- Support and guide more junior team members where appropriate, helping establish strong project management and delivery standards
- Work collaboratively across Fury, contributing to project reviews, shared learnings and continuous improvement in how we deliver our work
Process, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure all account activity follows Fury’s process framework and governance standards
- Drive consistency in budget management, documentation and reporting structures
- Lead post-project reviews and ensure learnings are embedded into future delivery
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, profitability, and team performance
- Contribute to wider business improvements alongside the Account Director and Client Services Director
Experience Required
- Proven project management / producer experience within a creative event, experiential, production or integrated agency environment
- Strong experience personally managing projects from initial brief through planning, production, onsite delivery and financial reconciliation
- Demonstrable experience managing complex project plans, critical paths, budgets, scopes, approvals and multiple concurrent workstreams
- Strong client-facing experience, with the confidence to lead project meetings, manage expectations, challenge constructively and present recommendations
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across Creative, Production, Technical and other specialist functions
- Strong commercial awareness, including experience managing project budgets, margins, scope changes and financial reconciliation
- Experience working directly with suppliers, venues, contractors and other external delivery partners
- Broad experience across experiential and live environments such as brand activations, exhibitions, events, conferences, hospitality, roadshows or similar physical experiences
- Experience of international project delivery and working with international clients and suppliers would be advantageous
- Experience of graphic production and managing brand application across physical environments would be beneficial
