Senior Project Manager

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background delivering hospitality and hotel projects?
A leading construction and property consultancy is looking to appoint a talented Senior Project Manager to join its growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile and complex hospitality projects, taking a lead role from project inception through to completion.
The successful candidate will have a strong consultancy background and be confident managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, with particular expertise in contract administration and JCT contracts.
The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Lead the delivery of hotel and hospitality projects from inception through to completion.
- Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations.
- Act as the key point of contact between clients, consultants, contractors and other project stakeholders.
- Provide strong contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Administer and manage projects under JCT contracts.
- Chair and lead project meetings, ensuring actions and decisions are effectively managed.
- Monitor progress on site and ensure projects are delivered to the required quality, programme and budget.
- Manage change, variations, risks and project issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project teams.
- Mentor and support more junior members of the project management team where required.

About You
To be considered, you will ideally have:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within a construction consultancy.
- Strong experience delivering hospitality and/or hotel projects.
- Excellent knowledge and practical experience of JCT contracts.
- Strong contract administration experience.
- Experience managing projects through all stages, from feasibility and design through to construction and handover.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A relevant construction, project management or property-related degree.
- Professional qualification or progress towards chartership would be advantageous.
