Senior Project Manager

The role and what you’ll be getting up to on a day to day basis:

Here at the Littlefish Group we're passionate about helping our customers achieve more through technology. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering strategic transformation programmes for some of our most important customers, ensuring projects are delivered successfully while creating long-term value and trusted partnerships.

Working across Modern Workplace, Cloud, Apps & DevOps, and Data & AI initiatives, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of strategic accounts and programmes, providing leadership, governance and commercial oversight from initiation through to successful delivery. You'll work closely with both customer stakeholders and internal delivery teams, helping to ensure every programme meets its objectives and drives measurable business outcomes.

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts and associated projects and programmes
  • Drive successful project delivery across scope, time, budget, quality and risk.
  • Establish and maintain strong governance frameworks, including RAID management, reporting, change control and stage gates.
  • Build and maintain programme roadmaps, dependency plans and executive reporting packs
  • Lead customer governance forums, steering committees and programme reviews.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues and escalations while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Support revenue growth through effective change management and identification of new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Manage commercial performance, including forecasting, profitability and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with technical, delivery, sales and account teams to ensure consistent customer success.
  • Provide insight and recommendations to both customer and Littlefish leadership teams through high-quality reporting and analysis.

We need a candidate with:

  • Significant project or programme management experience within an IT services, consultancy or managed services environment.
  • Experience managing large or strategically important customer accounts.
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience managing project financials, forecasting and profitability.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior and executive-level customers.
  • Proven experience establishing governance frameworks and managing complex delivery portfolios.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

It would be great if you also had

  • Experience managing multiple strategic accounts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of programme and portfolio management methodologies.
  • Experience within managed services, digital transformation or IT consulting environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM, portfolio management and reporting tools.
