- Help build change delivery capability across the firm
- Bring in teams to help the firm deliver
The Operations PMO purpose is "Delivering Strategic Value at Pace". We enable BDO to make the most of its change investment, enhancing firm-wide change competence and efficiently and effectively delivering value-added change.
We’ll help you succeed
Leading organisations trust us because of the quality of our advice. That quality grows from a thorough understanding of their business, and that understanding comes from working closely with them and building long-lasting relationships.
You’ll be someone who is both comfortable working pro-actively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and BDO’s partners to help businesses effectively. You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with.
This role is responsible for leading and delivering strategic projects that drive business change and support the firm's objectives. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation through to implementation, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. The role acts as the link between business needs and project delivery, managing governance, risks, resources and stakeholder engagement while embedding the firm's Change Minimum Standards and promoting best practice project management.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
