About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our friendly and collaborative team based at our London or Croydon office, with occasional travel to project sites and client locations as required. This role will be predominantly focused on Healthcare and the Public Sector.
With a growing workload and a wide variety of projects, we are seeking an individual who is able to ensure delivery of projects to agreed quality, cost and time objectives while maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Project Management or a related field.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM PMQ, PMP or equivalent project management qualification
Experience / Skills Required
- Significant experience operating as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within the built environment sector.
- Experience delivering Project Management services on healthcare projects is essential.
- Experience with using NEC form of contracts. (Desirable)
- Confident in client-facing situations with a professional and effective communication style.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines.

Project Delivery
You will be expected to operate in a client-facing role, leading project delivery from inception to completion and overseeing contractors and consultants where necessary. You will be responsible for managing projects through all stages of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery to agreed quality, cost and programme objectives.
