Senior Project Manager – Major Project
Location: Suffolk
Project value: £1 billion
Employer: Tier One Main Contractor
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a leading Tier One main contractor on a major, business-critical project in Suffolk. You will take a key leadership role within a high-performing delivery team, overseeing complex work packages and ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
The role
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across key stages of project delivery
- Manage programme, commercial performance, risk and quality
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, supply-chain partners and senior stakeholders
- Drive a positive culture focused on safety, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Identify risks and opportunities, implementing effective mitigation plans
- Ensure delivery against agreed project objectives and milestones

About you
- Proven experience delivering major, complex construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills
- Excellent knowledge of programme, risk and commercial management
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and specialist supply chains
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach
- Relevant construction, engineering or project-management qualifications
