Role Description

This full-time Senior Project Manager role is based in Reading and follows a hybrid working model, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements. The Senior Project Manager will lead complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budgets. The role also involves mentoring project teams, promoting best practices, and supporting decision-making to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and project milestones.
  • Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality assurance methods within complex projects.
  • Proficiency in Logistics Management to support efficient movement, scheduling, and coordination of project resources.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects in telecoms, technology, infrastructure, or a related sector.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.
  • Comfort working in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site responsibilities in Reading with remote collaboration.
  • Relevant professional qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile/SAFe certifications, and a degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business, or project management) are beneficial.
