PROPOSED SALARY RANGE:
£50,000 - £55,000 plus £5,441 London Weighting and 15% Ad Sales Bonus depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Join BBC StoryWorks Commercial Productions, the branded content studio of BBC Studios, and play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, high-impact campaigns for global clients. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of branded content, advertising and sponsorship projects, ensuring creative excellence, commercial success and outstanding client experiences across a fast-paced, multi-platform environment.

Your Key Responsibilities And Impact
- Lead the successful delivery of branded content, advertising and sponsorship campaigns from sign-off through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to achieve campaign objectives and maximise commercial performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, providing clear communication, expert project leadership and a consistently professional service.
- Monitor campaign progress, performance and delivery milestones, identifying risks, resolving challenges and driving continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure all projects comply with BBC editorial, commercial, data protection and security standards while contributing to the evolution of processes, workflows and best practices.

Essential Criteria
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience managing complex content, production, campaign or project delivery programmes in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Experience delivering branded content, advertising, media, publishing, broadcast or digital campaigns.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and build trusted relationships across multiple teams and seniority levels.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills, with confidence managing expectations and navigating challenging conversations when required.
- Demonstrable experience planning, budgeting and delivering multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of creativity, quality and efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving skills, resilience and the ability to remain organised, calm and focused under pressure in a constantly evolving environment.
Desired But Not Required
- Knowledge of broadcast, digital advertising and content regulations and industry best practice.
- Experience sourcing and managing external suppliers, agencies, production partners or freelance resources.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring or developing project teams and fostering a collaborative team culture.
- A global mindset with experience working across international markets, clients or stakeholder groups.
