🚨 Senior Project Manager – London Market PAS Transformation
📍 London | ⏳ 12-month contract
£650/day outside IR35
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the early stages of a major Policy Administration System (PAS) transformation within a leading specialty insurance organisation.
This is a high-profile role focused on pre-discovery, mobilisation and Discovery, helping shape the roadmap for a significant multi-year business and technology transformation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead project management across pre-discovery, mobilisation and Discovery
- Develop integrated plans, RAID, dependencies, resources and governance
- Coordinate business, functional, data and technology requirements
- Work closely with senior underwriting, operations, technology and change stakeholders
- Support vendor engagement, selection and mobilisation
- Shape implementation, transition, testing and cutover strategies
- Provide clear governance, reporting and decision-making support to senior stakeholders

We’re looking for:
- Strong experience delivering complex insurance transformation programmes
- Proven PAS / policy administration / underwriting platform experience
- London Market or specialty insurance experience
- Experience with Guidewire or equivalent core insurance platforms is highly desirable
- Experience across feasibility, pre-discovery, vendor selection or mobilisation
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience managing vendor-led or SI-supported programmes
- Excellent project governance, planning and risk management capability
