Role overview

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our most strategic and technically complex customer projects while playing a key role in developing the wider delivery team.

This is a senior leadership role within our project delivery function. You will be responsible for successfully delivering complex B2B eCommerce projects from discovery through to go-live and ongoing optimisation.

You'll work closely with customers, technical teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Beyond project delivery, you'll act as a mentor and role model for other Project Managers, helping to raise standards and drive continuous improvement across the department.

Note: This role requires working 4 days per week, working from our Leicester office and 1 day per week remotely.

As a Senior Project Manager at Cloudfy, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value and strategically important customer projects.
  • Drive projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery against scope, timelines, budgets, and quality objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
  • Gather, analyse, and translate complex business requirements into actionable project deliverables.
  • Work closely with customers and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered successfully.
  • Manage ongoing customer retainers and ensure continuous value is delivered through prioritised roadmaps and enhancements.
  • Lead enterprise B2B eCommerce implementations.
  • Coordinate complex integrations with ERP, CRM, WMS, PIM, and other business-critical systems.
  • Work alongside technical teams to define features, manage dependencies, and support successful implementation.
  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage delivery risks and project issues.
  • Maintain risk and issue registers and implement mitigation strategies before impacts occur.
  • Ensure stakeholders are kept informed through clear and transparent communication.
  • Provide guidance and support to Project Managers and Junior Project Managers.
  • Share knowledge, best practice, and delivery expertise across the team.
  • Help remove delivery blockers and contribute to the development of a high-performing project management function.
  • Champion project management best practices and governance standards.
  • Ensure projects comply with delivery processes, documentation standards, reporting requirements, and quality controls.
  • Set the standard for project excellence across the organisation.
  • Work with the Head of Projects to enhance delivery processes, methodologies, and tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and overall customer outcomes.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of the project delivery function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
