Senior Project Manager – Major Data Centre Programme | South East UK | Consultancy
I'm currently representing a leading global project and cost management consultancy in the search for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join one of the UK's most significant infrastructure programmes.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a £1.5bn hyperscale data centre project in the South East, working within a high-performing consultancy team on a landmark development that will shape the UK's digital infrastructure.
The Opportunity
- Lead the successful delivery of a major data centre project valued at approximately £1.5bn
- Manage projects through all phases, from planning and procurement to construction and handover
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
- Drive programme, cost, quality and risk management across the project lifecycle
- Work within a collaborative, market-leading consultancy delivering complex, high-value projects

We're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering large-scale construction projects
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within data centres, mission-critical, industrial, infrastructure or major build projects is highly desirable
- Excellent commercial awareness and project governance experience
- Degree qualified (or equivalent) with professional membership such as MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or similar advantageous
