Dukosi Job Description: Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and autonomous Senior Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering a range of exciting and high-impact projects.

Key Duties

  • Drive on-time execution of multiple large-scale projects.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams through the product development cycle from concept to production.
  • Monitor and analyse resource allocation across assigned projects. Proactively identify resourcing gaps and strategies to address them.
  • Utilize industry leading risk management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Implement project monitoring mechanisms to measure progress and maintain project plan.
  • Be the focal point of change management and controlling project scope.
  • Ensure effective communication between project teams and internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of project team and project goals with business needs.
  • Autonomously develop and implement project management methodologies, standards, and best practices to meet the rigor of automotive applications
  • Use and enhance project governance and quality management structures to ensure accountability, transparency, and compliance with policies and automotive and industrial market standards.

Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree plus a minimum of 8 years’ experience in semiconductor hardware and/or software product development.
  • Working knowledge and expertise in Automotive and other market specifications and standards including but not limited to ISO26262, AEC-Q100, IATF-14969, ASPICE and ISO9001.
  • Significant experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex semiconductor based projects.
  • History of implementing and managing PMO processes and Quality Management System governance.
  • Leadership, people management and collaboration skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and associated project management tools.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to synthesize project activities into a common purpose.
  • Excellent communication skills enabling leadership of customer and supplier interactions.
