About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of utility-scale solar farm projects across the UK. You will oversee all aspects of project execution from mobilisation through to handover and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage solar farm construction projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
  • Manage project budgets, programmes, and risk registers.
  • Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards on all sites.
  • Report to senior management on project progress and performance.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience managing construction projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Understanding of solar farm or renewable energy construction.
  • Ability to manage budgets and programmes effectively.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience in utility-scale solar construction.
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant project management qualifications.
