About you:

Joining our ERP (Construction) Professional Services Project Management team, you bring proven experience leading large and complex software projects, ideally within enterprise software or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environments. You enjoy balancing multiple priorities, working closely with customers, and delivering successful outcomes. You’re comfortable working at both a strategic and hands-on level, setting direction, managing stakeholders, and making sure projects are delivered to a high standard. With strong leadership and communication skills, you build trusted relationships and help customers achieve real business value. Experience working within the construction sector means you understand the challenges, processes and priorities that matter most to customers in this industry.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects, including ERP implementations, software development projects and bespoke integrations.
  • Manage project plans, resources, budgets, governance and customer communications to support successful delivery.
  • Lead customer, project and steering group meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, finances and key decisions.
  • Work closely with Technical, Development, Professional Services and Project Management Office (PMO) teams, while supporting and mentoring junior Project Managers.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects through the full project lifecycle.
  • Strong financial management skills, including budget management, resource planning and forecasting.
  • Experience implementing COINS or other construction ERP software, or comparable enterprise applications.
  • Experience working within the construction sector, software consulting or Professional Services environments, with Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2 or Agile certifications being an advantage.
