About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Digital Delivery team and lead the successful delivery of complex, high-impact projects and change initiatives across Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines. This is a key role responsible for translating strategic objectives into tangible outcomes, ensuring projects are planned, governed and delivered effectively while realising measurable business benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership across the full project lifecycle.
- Work closely with senior leaders, business stakeholders, suppliers and delivery teams.
- Bring clarity, structure and pace to delivery, balancing competing priorities while maintaining control of scope, budget, risk, quality and timelines.
- Enable informed decision-making, build alignment and help navigate change with confidence.
- Shape and strengthen our delivery capability.
- Support the evolution of project management standards, governance and ways of working.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration and delivery excellence across the organisation.

Requirements
- Significant experience delivering complex projects and change initiatives from initiation through to implementation and closure.
- Strong understanding of project governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- A recognised Project Management qualification, such as APM, PRINCE2, Agile, PMP or equivalent, is essential.
Location and Work Pattern
- Full-Time, permanent position working 35 hours per week.
- Based at our Head Office (Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL).
- Hybrid work pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.
