Job Description:

Our Professional Services team partners closely with customers to deliver complex, business-critical deployment and installation projects. Working in a fast-paced, technology-led environment, we focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences through strong project governance, collaboration and operational excellence.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing Professional Services organisation. This customer-facing role focuses on managing the deployment and installation of our solutions, coordinating customer stakeholders and internal delivery teams from project initiation through to completion. The role is dedicated to customer delivery, rather than internal business projects.

Technical understanding is essential, particularly in cyber security or networking. You will need to engage confidently with customer technical teams, understand deployment requirements and dependencies, and translate technical considerations into clear project plans. Experience managing cyber security or networking deployments is particularly relevant.

You will help strengthen customer project delivery standards, share best practices and improve how we manage deployment and installation projects.

What Will I Be Doing?

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex customer deployment and installation projects throughout the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, budgets, scope and customer objectives while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and governance standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
