We are working with a leading Housing Association that is undergoing a major transformation. This organisation plays a crucial role in providing essential housing services, consistently striving for innovation and improved community impact.
The Role
- Project manage one strategic transformation project from initiation through to delivery.
- Provide programme-level oversight and support to Project Managers delivering two related projects.
- Ensure dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones are effectively managed across the portfolio.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and maintain programme governance.
- Report on programme progress, risks, and delivery status to senior leadership.

What You'll Need
- Extensive experience as a Senior Project Manager, with a proven track record of operating at Programme Manager level.
- Strong background in delivering transformation programmes within Housing Associations or the wider social housing sector.
- Excellent understanding of property functions, including responsive/day-to-day repairs, asset management, and property compliance.
- Experience delivering projects related to property technology, asset management, or compliance solutions.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and governance experience across multiple projects.
- Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks, and delivery milestones effectively.
