Electrical Senior Project Manager, Commercial Fit-Out

Competitive salary plus package. Office based in Bromley, with client sites typically based in London and the South East.

Cloud Electrical is a long established commercial electrical contractor with a strong client base, a solid reputation and a growing pipeline of work across London and the South East.

As the business continues to grow, we are strengthening our project delivery team with an experienced Electrical Project Manager who can take real ownership of projects and play an important part in the next stage of the company's development.

You will work directly alongside our MD on commercial fit-out projects across office, retail and hospitality, with genuine autonomy, a say in how projects are delivered and a clear opportunity to progress as the business continues to expand.

What you will be running

  • Projects from pre con to handover
  • Programmes, budgets, variations, valuations and final accounts
  • Subcontractors, suppliers, procurement and labour across multiple jobs
  • Client and design meetings
  • Site safety, RAMS and compliance with BS 7671
  • Commissioning records, O&M manuals and certification

What we need from you

  • Experience running multiple electrical projects
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • 18th Edition
  • SMSTS or SSSTS
  • ECS Gold card or above
  • The commercial confidence to hold your own with clients and subcontractors
