Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead customer projects, service delivery, customer application support and commercial coordination across Belgium and the Netherlands for the DSG and TBox RTU/PLC product lines.
The role is designed as a converged client and commercial support position across both product families. It will maintain continuity for established customer relationships while bringing project delivery, SLA coordination, business support and customer application activities into one accountable regional role.
The successful candidate will work directly with Dutch-speaking customers, including utility and infrastructure organisations, and will collaborate closely with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Support, Service and Sales teams.
A structured knowledge transfer will be central to the role. The successful candidate must absorb and retain critical product, customer, application and commercial knowledge from long-serving specialists, then convert that knowledge into sustainable processes and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Regional Leadership
- Act as the primary delivery and operational contact for assigned customers across Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Manage customer relationships directly in Dutch, with fluent English for internal and international collaboration.
- Build trusted relationships with customer operational, engineering, procurement and management stakeholders.
- Lead customer project reviews, service discussions, application-support conversations and escalations.
- Maintain continuity for established relationships, installed-base commitments and active customer programmes.
Converged DSG & TBox Product Support
- Provide a single regional coordination point across the DSG and TBox RTU/PLC product lines.
- Coordinate customer, application, commercial and service needs across both product families.
- Work with technical teams to translate customer applications and operational requirements into clear internal actions.
- Maintain visibility of product-specific commitments, installed-base issues, lifecycle risks and customer priorities.
- Reduce siloed working by aligning common customer-support and commercial processes across DSG and TBox.
Project Delivery
- Manage a portfolio of customer projects from initiation through completion.
- Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, issue logs and action trackers.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across engineering, software, operations, support and service.
- Manage scope, changes, dependencies, acceptance and transition into operational support.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
