Senior Project Manager – Brand Experience & Automotive Events

Senior Project Manager | Full-time, Permanent | Hybrid (London & Regional) | TBC

A leading brand experience agency is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its automotive team and drive the delivery of national events, roadshows, and test-drive activations for major automotive clients.


About the Role

The Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project management, including:

  • Client liaison and stakeholder communication
  • Budget ownership, forecasting, and supplier negotiation
  • On-site leadership for smooth event execution
  • Health & safety documentation compliance
  • Team management (both pre-event planning and live delivery)
  • Ensuring seamless multi-location event delivery across the UK

Candidates must demonstrate: ✔ Agency experience with automotive clients ✔ Strong operational and budget management expertise ✔ Ability to lead teams confidently in both pre-event planning and on-site contexts

This is a hybrid role based between London and a regional office, with regular UK travel.


Responsibilities

  • Manage complex, multi-client automotive activations from scoping to execution
  • Negotiate supplier contracts and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective delivery
  • Oversee budget tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Conduct onsite coordination and emergency situation management
  • Ensure health & safety compliance throughout all phases
  • Work closely with design, logistics, and production teams for actionable delivery

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in agency project management, preferably within the automotive or brand experience sector
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong supplier negotiation and budget control skills
  • On-site event leadership experience (ideal)
  • Excellent communication and risk-management capabilities
