Senior Project Manager – Building Services
Bolton / Manchester | UK-Wide Site Travel
£45,000–£55,000 per year, depending on experience
Full-Time | Permanent

The Role
Cosaf Environments Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Building Services to join our Industrial Department.
You will manage commercial and industrial projects across the UK, from planning and purchasing through to installation, commissioning and handover.
Projects include ductwork, pipework, HVAC, AHUs, insulation, ventilation and mechanical services.
Based in Bolton, with regular UK site travel. Hours are 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with flexible working considered.

- Manage project budgets, labour, materials, equipment and subcontractor costs.
- Coordinate programmes from pre-start through to completion.
- Oversee projects both on site and from Cosaf HQ.
- Lead engineers, site operatives and subcontractors.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, main contractors and site teams.
- Attend site meetings and project reviews.
- Prepare RAMS, site documentation and project correspondence.
- Monitor progress, quality, costs, risks and deadlines.
- Manage variations, snagging and handover requirements.
- Support CDM requirements where applicable.

The person
To succeed, you’ll need experience in building services, M&E, HVAC, mechanical or industrial projects, ideally with around five years in project management.
You’ll also need strong commercial and health & safety knowledge, experience managing site teams, a full UK driving licence, UK work authorisation and good Microsoft Office skills. AutoCAD and CDM knowledge would be useful.
