Senior Business Change Project Manager

We are recruiting an experienced Senior Business Change Project Manager to support a high-profile organisation with the early-stage shaping and mobilisation of a new business model.

This is a senior, business-led change role requiring someone who can take an emerging vision, bring clarity and structure to it, and translate it into a credible strategy, business case and high-level delivery plan.

You will be joining the project at an early stage and working with senior sponsors, stakeholders and team members who may be less accustomed to formal project delivery methodologies. You will therefore need to be a confident self-starter who can provide direction, introduce appropriate governance and build engagement without creating unnecessary complexity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shaping the project from its initial vision through to a structured programme of work
  • Supporting the development of the business model, blueprint and business case
  • Translating strategic objectives into a clear roadmap and high-level delivery plan
  • Defining workstreams, milestones, dependencies, risks and governance
  • Working closely with senior sponsors and stakeholders to establish priorities and secure alignment
  • Bringing structure and momentum to a relatively undefined initiative
  • Supporting teams that may be unfamiliar with formal project and change methodologies
  • Ensuring the proposed approach is practical, outcome-focused and ready for delivery

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
