Based at our offices in Sutton and Wallington, you will be at the heart of change, driving projects from inception to completion. The role will involve travel to other Trust sites.
What We're Seeking
An experienced Senior Project Manager.
- Experience in the healthcare sector and ideally delivered genomics projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- You have demonstrated leadership ability and expertise in matrix management.
- A PRINCE2 practitioner level qualification.
As the Senior Project Manager (Genomics), you'll not only lead projects but also play a pivotal role in developing the professional skills of our team. Through peer reviews and personal development initiatives, you'll ensure that each team member delivers project outputs to the highest standard, always on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
The post-holder will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of a number of strategic clinical initiatives, including, but not limited to:
- The programme of work that will deliver refreshed clinical technologies to laboratories across the Trust. This consists of a complex set of sub-projects, supported by an experienced subject matter expert. You will report activity, progress, risk and issues to appropriate project and programme boards.
- The development and delivery of a process of a technology refresh programme for clinical laboratory technology, mainly Genomics portfolio of projects.
- Technology and business projects as required by the Genomics programme team.

The post-holder will be responsible for delivering projects on time, to budget and to agreed quality standards that meet business needs. The appointee will liaise with the key stakeholders from the business and the Digital Diagnostics Programme, working closely with other Programme and Project Managers and Workstream Leads.
