Senior Project Manager / Project Lead
INTERNAL COMMS – MUST HAVE CONSULTANT OR AGENCY EXPERIENCE
London / Leeds | Hybrid | 2–3 days office-based + EXCELLENT BENEFITS

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager / Project Lead who knows how to take a complex brief and own it.
You’ll be joining a high-calibre consultancy/agency working with ambitious organisations through significant moments of change — from transformation and growth to leadership change, new strategies, and the impact of AI.
You’ll work within a small, intimate team of Consultants, Content Stakeholders, Producers and Creatives.
This is a role for someone who can sit confidently between client, creative, strategy, and delivery — bringing structure, pace and calm to end-to-end project delivery.
What you’ll own
- Lead complex integrated communications and creative campaigns from brief through to delivery.
- Become a trusted senior client partner — understanding what they need, challenging when necessary and spotting where you can add more value.
- Lead Project Managers and multidisciplinary creative teams, keeping everyone aligned and accountable.
- Manage significant budgets, including projects in excess of £250k, with responsibility for forecasting, profitability, and commercial performance.
- Shape briefs, identify risks, solve problems, and make smart decisions when the answer isn’t always obvious.
- Lead pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
- Deliver everything from strategic workshops and creative narratives to films, digital experiences, design, and major conference/event communications.
- Mentor and develop junior talent, with potential line management responsibility.
- Stay curious — about creativity, communications, technology and what’s changing in the industry.
