Job Title: Senior Project Manager
We're seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale masterplanned community developments across the Ipswich region, with project values exceeding $100 million. This is a rare opportunity to join one of Queensland's leading civil contractors and play a key leadership role in delivering some of the state's most significant residential developments.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of major civil projects, leading high-performing project teams while ensuring safety, quality, commercial performance and client satisfaction remain at the forefront.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of major civil infrastructure projects valued at $100M+
- Manage project teams including Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors
- Develop and oversee project programs, budgets, forecasting and resource planning
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
- Drive commercial outcomes including contract administration, variations, claims and risk management
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
- Mentor and develop emerging leaders across the project team
- Identify opportunities to improve project performance, productivity and innovation

About You
- Extensive experience managing large-scale civil construction projects valued over $100 million
- Proven delivery experience on residential subdivisions, masterplanned communities or major urban development projects
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting and contract administration
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to build, mentor and motivate high-performing teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
