Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple high-profile transformation initiatives within a commodities trading environment. This is a business-facing delivery role requiring an individual who can successfully bridge the gap between senior stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring complex programmes are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to strategic business objectives. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating at all levels of the organisation, from engaging directly with front-office and operational stakeholders to coordinating developers, business analysts, vendors, architects, and support teams across global locations. While commodities and ETRM experience are highly valuable, the primary focus is on finding a proven delivery leader with a track record of managing multiple complex projects, driving stakeholder engagement, and leading cross-functional teams through successful change programmes.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading large-scale business and technology initiatives within the commodities trading space, including ETRM/CTRM implementation projects and broader operational transformation programmes. Managing multiple workstreams and teams simultaneously, you will ensure clear governance, effective communication, strong stakeholder alignment, and successful execution across the full project lifecycle. This role requires someone who thrives in complex environments, takes ownership of delivery, and can confidently challenge, influence, and guide both business and technology stakeholders towards successful outcomes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
