Huntsman are supporting a well established multidisciplinary construction consultancy with the recruitment of a Senior Project Manager based in their London office supporting on a mixture of Public sector clients.
You will be supporting on a large scale residential masterplan based in London, working closely with Universities on Capital projects and getting involved in new build Student Accommodation schemes.
Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
- Project Management experience for a Consultancy, Developer or Client Side Organisation
- Experience in Contract Administration of JCT Contracts
- Employers Agent experience
- Have delivered schemes north of £10million in value

On offer is a base salary of up to £65,000 + company car allowance, flexible working, private medical and a generous benefits package.
This firm operate with a 3 days in office policy with flexible hours and are based in Central London.
