About Nscale

At Nscale, we are building the infrastructure for Europe’s AI revolution. Nscale are developing cutting-edge sovereign generative AI solutions, powered by a new generation of high-performance, sustainable data centres and GPUs built specifically for AI workloads.

The growth of artificial intelligence is driving unprecedented global demand for compute and GPU infrastructure. Nscale is positioned at the heart of this transformation — building the platforms that will enable the next decade of innovation.

Nscale are working closely with the world’s most advanced AI technology providers, integrating next-gen compute hardware and GPU clusters in both partner and Nscale built facilities. This is an opportunity to join Nscale’s journey, play a key role in delivering transformative AI infrastructure, and help shape a company designed to scale rapidly across Europe and beyond.

Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager will play a leading role in managing the construction of Nscale’s data centre facilities, with a particular focus on fit-out / partnered projects. Reporting to the Project Director, this role may be sat across individual projects or multiple concurrently depending on scale and scope of project pipeline, and will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered successfully by coordinating design, engineering, and construction activities through each stage of project execution.

You will manage scope, schedule, progress, quality, and risk, ensuring consistency with Nscale’s standards, governance, and delivery objectives. You will coordinate with internal team members and external partners to deliver on time, safely, and to specification.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
