The Project
Our client is the utilities provider in the South-East geographic area. Their purpose is to deliver services in an environmentally sustainable, economically beneficial, and socially responsible manner and create sustainable long-term value for all.
You’ll be Responsible for:
- Delivering effective project management across medium-sized projects.
- Coordinating planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Overseeing budgets, fees, and commercial controls to meet agreed outcomes.
- Applying project management methodologies and construction sequencing knowledge.
- Managing bidding, reporting, and project documentation activities.
- Managing project stakeholders and building strong internal and external relationships.
- Resolving planning, estimating, procurement, and contract administration issues.
- Providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring to support team performance.

You’ll Need to Have:
- Significant project management experience across medium or complex project delivery stages.
- Professional membership (MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE or equivalent).
- Related tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience/apprenticeship.
- Appropriate CSCS card and strong understanding of construction delivery practices.
