We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a high-profile global entertainment and technology brand on a contract basis.
This is a senior delivery role, working across complex, high-impact consumer engagement projects with multiple stakeholders, teams and workstreams. You'll take ownership from initial scoping and planning through to delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and to a high standard.
The Role
You'll lead large-scale, cross-functional projects, working closely with teams across areas such as marketing, product, technology, and operations.
You'll be responsible for bringing structure and clarity to complex projects, managing senior stakeholders and making sure everyone is aligned around objectives, timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.
This is a role for someone who is comfortable taking ownership, spotting potential issues before they become problems, and confidently challenging when something needs to change.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream projects and programmes.
- Own senior stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted partner and strategic advisor.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain robust project plans, governance, reporting, and risk management.
- Lead project kick-offs, status meetings, and key stakeholder reviews.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and issues.
- Manage budgets, financial tracking, and change requests where required.
- Select and adapt appropriate project management methodologies to suit each project.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure the right resources are available at the right time.
- Create an environment where teams can collaborate effectively and take ownership.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to more junior project managers.
- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, tools, and ways of working.
- Share learnings and best practice to help continuously improve the wider project management function.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
