Senior Project Manager – Hotel Development
Central London | £80,000–£100,000 plus bonus & benefits
Capstone is working with a privately owned, fully integrated real estate investment, development and operating business to appoint a Senior Project Manager to its London development team.
The business has a growing portfolio across the hotel and Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sectors, with an in-house platform covering the full property lifecycle from acquisition and planning through development, operations and asset management.
Reporting to a Project Director, the Senior Project Manager will take responsibility for the delivery of complex hotel and PBSA refurbishment and conversion projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading projects through feasibility, design, procurement, construction and handover
- Managing project programmes, budgets, cashflow and cost risk
- Coordinating architects, engineers, cost consultants and wider project teams
- Leading procurement strategy and contractor appointments
- Managing JCT/NEC contracts, change control and contractor performance
- Delivering projects within live or partially occupied environments
- Working closely with operators, asset managers and senior stakeholders
- Managing multiple project workstreams concurrently

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong track record delivering hotel or PBSA refurbishment/conversion projects. Experience of existing buildings, services upgrades, live environments and phased handovers will be particularly relevant.
Candidates could currently be working client-side, within a consultancy or for a main contractor and now be looking to join an established developer/investor with direct responsibility for project delivery.
