CALLING ALL Senior Project Managers / Senior Events Producers

Deliver standout creative events and campaigns across beauty, lifestyle, retail, and luxury brands.

Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior talent.

Own end-to-end projects with genuine autonomy and variety.

About the Role

Looking for the opportunity to deliver exceptional events and brand experiences for some of the most exciting names in the beauty, luxury, and lifestyle sectors?

This is a chance to lead high-profile projects from concept through to delivery, working alongside a talented creative and production team. You'll have the autonomy to shape project strategies, manage client relationships, oversee budgets, and bring ambitious creative ideas to life across events, experiential activations, visual merchandising projects, and integrated campaigns.

You'll also play a key role in leading cross-functional teams, coordinating designers, suppliers, freelancers, and production partners to ensure seamless project delivery. Alongside managing complex projects, you'll provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping develop talent while driving best practice across the wider team.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll balance creative production expertise, commercial awareness, stakeholder management, and leadership, delivering memorable experiences that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing end-to-end delivery of events, experiential activations, campaigns, and visual merchandising projects.
  • Creating and managing budgets, production schedules, project timelines, RAMS, installation plans, and client presentations.
  • Working closely with the in-house creative team to turn concepts into exceptional real-world experiences.
  • Leading and coordinating designers, suppliers, freelancers, venues, and production partners to ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Building strong client relationships while balancing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations across multiple projects.
  • Supporting new business pitches, quotations, research, sourcing, and proposal development.
  • Leading onsite delivery across the UK and internationally, managing clients, suppliers, and project teams.
  • Providing leadership, coaching, and support to junior team members while helping establish project management best practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
