London | Hybrid Working

Salary: Up to £65,000

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking for the opportunity to take ownership of high-profile residential developments from inception through to completion?

We're working exclusively with a highly respected, independent construction and property consultancy that's continuing to expand its Project Management team. Due to a growing pipeline of residential schemes, they're looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager who can hit the ground running and confidently lead projects on behalf of a diverse client base.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a varied portfolio including private residential developments, affordable housing, Build-to-Rent, mixed-use schemes and mid to high-rise apartment developments, acting as the client's trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

The Role

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll act as the Employer's Agent across multiple residential developments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with the client's commercial and contractual objectives.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Acting as Employer's Agent under JCT Design & Build contracts
  • Representing client interests throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Leading procurement and tender processes
  • Managing programmes, budgets, quality and project risks
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant teams
  • Chairing project meetings and driving project delivery
  • Monitoring contractor performance and contract compliance
  • Administering contract instructions, notices and certifications
  • Managing practical completion, defects periods and final account close-out
  • Producing high-quality reports for developers, funders and senior stakeholders

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
