As our presence in Bristol continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and support major engineering and aerospace programmes.
As a Senior Project Manager at MIGSO-PCUBED, you will work alongside leading aerospace and engineering organisations, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of complex projects and programmes.
You will bring structure, leadership and pace to challenging environments, working with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to the required quality.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project professional who enjoys working in technically complex environments and wants to develop their career within a leading project management consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex engineering and aerospace projects and work packages.
- Establish and maintain robust project plans, schedules, milestones and delivery roadmaps.
- Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies and change.
- Monitor project performance against cost, schedule, quality and delivery objectives.
- Lead project governance, reporting and performance reviews.
- Provide clear and concise project reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and business teams.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops and decision-making sessions.
- Identify delivery risks and implement effective mitigation and recovery plans.
- Support resource planning and capacity management.
- Drive continuous improvement across project management processes and ways of working.
- Coach and mentor less-experienced project managers and contribute to the wider MIGSO-PCUBED community.
- Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted project management partner.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Significant experience in project or programme management.
- Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary engineering projects.
- Strong planning and scheduling skills.
- Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies, change and project governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Confidence working with senior leaders and technical specialists.
- A structured, analytical and commercially aware approach to delivery.
- The ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and changing environments.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

Qualifications such as APM, PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent project management experience are desirable.
Experience with tools such as MS Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, Excel or other project controls/planning systems would also be advantageous.
