Senior Project Manager (ERP & CRM Consultancy) – £85,000 - £105,000 + bonus, private medical, life insurance, 25 days holiday (option to buy 6 additional days) and more – Home-based with ad hoc client travel

Are you an experienced Project Manager working for a technology consultancy or systems integrator? Have you delivered major ERP or CRM implementations for external clients, managing multimillion-pound budgets, complex delivery teams and senior stakeholders?

Working for an established technology consultancy, you'll be responsible for delivering large and complex ERP and CRM programmes, typically valued up to £8m. You'll manage multiple client engagements, taking ownership of delivery, commercial performance and senior stakeholder relationships.

A strong background working within a technology consultancy or systems integrator is essential.

This role requires someone who understands the demands of delivering complex technology programmes for external clients, rather than managing internal IT projects.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
