Interim Senior Project Manager
Location: UK – Agile/Hybrid
Duration: 6 Months
We are looking for an experienced Interim Senior Project Manager to join a Change function, leading the delivery of complex Business Change and IT projects from initiation through to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex projects, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality.
- Develop project plans, budgets, business cases, and benefit realization plans.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and governance.
- Lead cross-functional teams across IT, Architecture, Change, and Business functions.
- Manage third-party vendors and consultants.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-Suite.
- Produce project reporting, presentations, and lifecycle documentation, including RAAIDD logs.
- Identify opportunities for business and process improvement.

Key Experience
- 10+ years’ Project Management experience across Business Change and IT.
- Strong track record delivering large, complex projects.
- Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent senior stakeholder, vendor, and project governance experience.
- Experience developing business cases and managing budgets.
- Insurance experience desirable, particularly Lloyd’s/London Market.
- Regulatory experience, including Solvency II, advantageous.
- Experience delivering global projects.
- Recognised Project Management qualification.
- Strong MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and PPM tool experience.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
