Senior Project Manager, £80,000 - £100,000 + Bonus + Car + Healthcare
MEP - Major UK Infrastructure Programme, West Midlands
Cipher Search is engaged on a confidential basis to appoint a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of MEP packages on a major UK infrastructure programme in the West Midlands. This is a senior package leadership role in a tier one delivery environment, carrying full accountability for scope, programme, cost, and quality.
- Resource, build, and lead the delivery team
- Set clear objectives and constraints
- Take packages through to handover on time, on budget, and to the agreed standard

As a senior site representative, you will:
- Own commercial performance
- Protect margin
- Manage client expectations
The remit includes:
- Directing the design function
- Driving procurement of materials, plant, and subcontractors to programme
- Leading health, safety, and environmental compliance across the works
Requirements:
- Construction professional with extensive experience as a senior manager overseeing the delivery of MEP packages on major infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of HV is important
- Experience in rail, particularly the delivery of depots or accommodation buildings, is highly desirable
- Formal civil engineering or construction qualification is expected
- Chartered status is advantageous but not essential
