About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of lifecycle replacement projects and tenant variations across the Kudos portfolio. You will manage projects from planning and approval through to completion and financial close out, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Working closely with LIFTCo partners, operational teams, suppliers and contractors, you will oversee project programmes, coordinate resources and maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
You will ensure appropriate project governance is followed, including scope approval, compliance documentation, project records, handover information and financial tracking. The role will also involve monitoring programme performance, managing project risks, supporting contract compliance and providing regular updates on project progress and financial status. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of the annual Lifecycle Expenditure Programme (LEP) and ensuring tenant variations are processed efficiently and effectively.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience managing building services, construction, lifecycle or infrastructure projects from inception through to completion.
- Strong understanding of project delivery within healthcare, PFI/PPP, construction or complex facilities management environments.
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background with the ability to manage technical project delivery and stakeholder requirements.
- Prince2, APM or equivalent project management qualification.
- Excellent organisational, financial and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

About You
You are an experienced project management professional with a track record of successfully delivering construction, engineering or lifecycle projects within complex operational environments. You understand the importance of stakeholder engagement, programme management, budget control and effective communication in ensuring successful project outcomes.
You will ideally hold a recognised project management qualification such as Prince2 or APM, alongside a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification (HND level or equivalent). With at least 3 years' experience in project management roles, you will have successfully delivered building, construction, engineering or lifecycle replacement projects from inception through to completion.
You are highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple priorities whilst maintaining a strong focus on quality, compliance and customer service. Your ability to build relationships, solve problems and provide clear direction allows you to deliver projects effectively whilst maintaining stakeholder confidence.

Job Details
This is a Fixed Term Position for 12 months.
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum + Annual Bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Location: London/Warrington
