Finance Divestiture Senior Project Manager (FTC)
Contract: 12-month Fixed-Term Contract (high likelihood of extension)
About the Role
We are looking for two experienced Finance Divestiture Senior Project Managers to join our Divestiture Finance team, supporting complex business carve-outs and sale transactions.
This is a highly dynamic, project-led environment where you will play a critical role in managing finance workstreams within Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) post-transaction. The role offers significant exposure across finance operations, stakeholders, and transformation initiatives.
You will report into the Project Director and work closely with a growing, collaborative team focused on delivering high-impact projects in a fast-paced setting.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage finance-related TSA workstreams (billing, collections, AP, general accounting)
- Own and drive project plans, governance, and delivery timelines
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including:
- Finance (BAU teams)
- IT, HR, and shared service centres (India)
- External partners and advisors
- Run stakeholder meetings, track actions, and ensure delivery against milestones
- Provide oversight on month-end processes (review and coordination vs. execution)
- Ensure financial outputs and processes align with agreed TSA frameworks

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
