Senior Project Manager – Finance Transformation
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager – Finance Transformation to join our team in Bradford (BD4) on a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential to become permanent. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with two days in the office and three days working remotely.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead some of the most impactful finance transformation programmes across Liberty Blume. From AI-powered automation and autonomous finance processes to large-scale change initiatives, you'll play a key role in helping shape the future of Finance.
Working within our Transformation team and reporting to the Director of Transformation, you'll partner with senior Finance, Technology and Operational stakeholders to deliver strategic change programmes that improve efficiency, standardisation, automation and business performance.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact within a high-profile transformation portfolio, with the potential for further opportunities as the business continues to grow.

What will you be doing?
- Leading end-to-end delivery of finance transformation and business change programmes.
- Driving initiatives focused on process improvement, automation, controls, reporting and operating model transformation.
- Managing project plans, governance, budgets, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
- Partnering with Finance leaders, SMEs, Technology teams and third-party suppliers to deliver successful outcomes.
- Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes through technology, data, AI and automation.
- Supporting organisational change activities including communications, training and adoption planning.
- Maintaining project documentation including business cases, RAID logs, project plans and transformation roadmaps.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and aligned to strategic business objectives.
- Building strong relationships across Finance, Operations and Technology functions.
- Championing delivery excellence and continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Essential
We tend to look for people with:
- Proven experience delivering complex finance transformation, ERP, business change or process improvement programmes.
- Strong project management expertise, supported by recognised qualifications or certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, Scrum Master)
- Experience working across finance processes including Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
- Track record of managing senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Experience delivering technology-enabled transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk management and project controls.
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working in multinational or complex business environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, Monday.com or similar delivery tools.
- Highly organised, adaptable and able to manage competing priorities

Desirable
- Experience delivering ERP implementations such as Oracle, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Exposure to shared services or global business services environments.
- Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience.
- Experience supporting organisational change and adoption activities.
- Knowledge of AI, automation or robotic process automation initiatives.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau or other reporting and visualisation tools.
