Senior Project Manager - Salesforce Education Cloud
Creation Technology is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Consultancy Team, focused on delivering large scale projects to leading customers in the Higher Education vertical, using Salesforce Education Cloud. Our head office is based in Chiswick (West London) where the role is primarily located, however the ideal candidate should be able to travel from time to time to client sites around the UK, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland as well as different locations around Europe.
As a Senior Project Manager within the team, the individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Salesforce projects that deliver business objectives. They will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful project completion within scope, timeline, and budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects from discovery through to go-live.
- Work closely with the Delivery Lead to plan, prioritise and successfully deliver client projects, ensuring effective resource allocation and delivery governance.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project objectives and deliver successful outcomes.
- Develop and maintain project plans, governance and reporting.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Oversee key delivery activities including data migration, integrations, testing, deployment, and user adoption.
- Run weekly PM resource planning meetings and support effective utilisation across the delivery team.
- Enhance and mature the PMBA Office by improving delivery processes and best practices.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost control, financial tracking, and effective allocation of resources to deliver projects within agreed financial parameters.
- Ensure projects adhere to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and organisational governance.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings.
- Mentor and support Project Managers and Business Analysts, promoting best practice and continuous improvement across the delivery team.

Experience Required
- Excellent working knowledge of Salesforce (in particular Service Cloud & ideally Industry Clouds) & with proven and demonstrable experience working on large scale digital transformation projects from a consultancy perspective.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing Salesforce projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Project Management Tool experience e.g. Jira, SmartSheet or similar tools
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management experience with the ability to effectively communicate at a level and depth appropriate to the audience.
- A sense of personal responsibility and the drive to own problems, can work self-directed and independently to accomplish results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
- Promotes a positive team culture. Identifies and implements ways to improve teamwork. Builds effective relationships throughout the organisation.
