Skills and Approaches:

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile or Scrum.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to help customers and team members prioritise workloads, so that they maximise delivery value.
• Facilitation of scrum ceremonies, such as Sprint Planning, Playbacks, and Stand-ups so that communication is open between stakeholders and the delivery team
• Identifies and mitigates risk quickly and clearly, while working with the team to overcome blockers.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and implementing lessons learned.

What will it be like to work for Advancing Analytics?

In this role, you’ll lead multiple high-impact data programmes, introduce outcome-based tracking frameworks, and help evolve our internal delivery model for AI-accelerated builds. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders while also shaping how we package and position our delivery capability commercially.
