We’re now looking for a Senior Project Manager to help support the Head of Business Solutions to drive the next phase of our growth by leading and coaching our team of Project Managers, embedding ways of working, and ensuring effective project governance.

About the Role
This role is primarily a people and process management role, however from time to time you may be expected to manage individual projects where required. You will support and develop the team of project managers within the wider Business Solutions team, managing performance, upskilling, and ensuring all project managers adhere to the KPL change management framework.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Day to day management of the project Portfolio
- Day to day management of the Project Management Platform (Monday)
- Managing PM capacity
- Ensuring project governance standards are maintained across all projects through regular audits
- Day to day ownership of the Risk and Incident Management process
- Day to day ownership of the Change Management framework / SOP
- Providing portfolio level reporting / analysis
- Ensuring all delivery squads are delivering effectively (in conjunction with the Platform PM and Platform Development Manager)
- Managing relationships with key external partners
- Conducting regular 121’s with Project Managers (in line with the performance development process)
- Conducting appraisals / reviews with Project Managers
- Supporting the Head of Business Solutions with any future recruitment activity
- Day to day HR admin (managing holiday requests and sickness reporting)
- Refining and improving the change management framework for project management – identifying and delivering improvements to change processes
- Feedback and coaching of Project Managers.

Skills and Experience
- Proven working experience in project management.
- Ability to provide effective portfolio oversight and governance
- Experience in working with technology and managing the implementation of software solutions.
- Strong experience in using the Monday Work Management Platform.
- Understanding the Software Development Life Cycle and DevOps framework and the role squad delivery teams.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, MS Project, SharePoint, O365.
- Knowledge of reporting services is an advantage, e.g., Power BI.
- Ability to build effective, trusted relationships at all levels within the organization and with external stakeholders and service providers.
- Strong team player with the ability to influence and enable multiple teams and/or projects.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment with consistently high levels of performance.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to skilfully navigate competing priorities and business demands.
- Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred but not essential.
- Ability to travel to all our offices.
