Senior Project Manager - Major Urban Regeneration
Location: Glasgow
Salary: Highly Competitive + Comprehensive Benefits + Bonus

Due to continued growth and a substantial forward pipeline, our client is now seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to take a leading role on a flagship urban regeneration development in Glasgow.

Your New Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will take on a pivotal leadership role, overseeing the successful delivery of a complex, multi-phase regeneration project. You will be responsible for driving performance across all key project metrics, whilst managing a wide range of stakeholders across both internal and external teams. Key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating a large, multidisciplinary project team
- Managing internal stakeholders across operations and construction functions
- Overseeing external relationships with consultancies, contractors, and local authority representatives
- Ensuring delivery against key programme, cost, and quality objectives
- Providing clear leadership and governance across all stages of the development lifecycle
- Proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure smooth project delivery
- Upholding best practice in health & safety, quality, and sustainability

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be considered for this role, you will be an ambitious and driven construction professional with a proven track record in delivering complex developments. You will demonstrate:
- Significant experience operating at Senior Project Manager level within construction or property development
- A strong background in delivering large-scale or urban regeneration projects
- Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills
- The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
- A relevant qualification in construction, engineering, or a related discipline (preferred)
