About Radian Arc

Radian Arc delivers AI infrastructure and GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) solutions that enable enterprises, telecommunications operators, governments, and AI organizations to deploy, operate, and scale high-performance GPU infrastructure. With teams across the USA, Australia, Europe, Malaysia, Singapore, and Japan, we work with customers and strategic partners to deliver platforms for enterprise AI, sovereign AI, inference, training, and next-generation GPU cloud services.

What Impact You Will Have

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to own complex, multi-stakeholder GPUaaS and AI infrastructure deployments from planning through production handover. You will set the plan, critical path, and delivery governance for each deployment. You will coordinate Solutions Architecture, Engineering, Product, Procurement, Data Center Operations, Service Delivery, Sales, customers, vendors, and strategic partners, and keep delivery aligned with customer expectations and commercial commitments.

You will also play a key role in building Radian Arc's Project Management Office (PMO). That means designing and standardizing how we deploy, and applying automation and AI-assisted development tools to turn those processes into repeatable workflows and live dashboards, with less manual coordination as deployment volume grows.

This is a highly autonomous role for someone who enjoys creating structure in a fast-growing company. You will work with teams across the USA, Europe, Asia, and Australia, so you will regularly need to collaborate outside standard business hours.

What You’ll Do

Deployment Delivery

  • Own end-to-end delivery of GPUaaS, AI infrastructure, hardware, and new data center / PoP deployments, from initial planning through production handover.
  • Build and maintain the integrated deployment plan and critical path across all workstreams: scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, owners, risks, decisions, and completion criteria.
  • Coordinate hardware procurement, site readiness, installation, networking, storage, compute, platform deployment, and customer onboarding across internal teams and external partners.
  • Keep solution and engineering requirements, hardware delivery, site and operational readiness, customer commitments, and target production dates aligned.
  • Lead deployment acceptance, go-live readiness, stabilization, and formal handover into Service Delivery and Operations.
  • Manage multiple deployments in parallel, balancing shared resources, dependencies, and competing priorities.

Deployment Process Design and Governance

  • Define Radian Arc's standard deployment lifecycle, including stages, owners, required inputs, approval gates, and entry/exit criteria for each phase.
  • Establish delivery governance, including project kickoffs, readiness reviews, change control, decision logs, and escalation paths.
  • Create practical templates, checklists, and runbooks so new deployments start quickly and run consistently.
  • Help build Radian Arc's PMO by setting project-management standards and delivery disciplines that scale across customers, regions, and data center environments.
  • Run post-deployment reviews and feed lessons learned back into the standard process.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Automation, Dashboards, and Reporting

  • Use AI-assisted development and automation tools, such as Claude Code, to build, document, and continuously improve deployment workflows and project-management processes.
  • Work with Engineering to connect deployment workflows to Radian Arc systems, tools, and data sources, and automate routine coordination, tracking, reporting, and data updates wherever practical.
  • Build a standardized, shareable dashboard for each deployment, generated directly from workflow data so status is never maintained twice.
  • Provide executive and working-level views of scope, procurement status, milestones, dependencies, blockers, decisions, owners, and next actions, as a single source of truth throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk, Issues, and Stakeholder Communication

  • Identify risks, blockers, resource constraints, and dependency conflicts early, and drive mitigation, escalation, and cross-team resolution.
  • Provide clear, consistent status reporting to internal leadership, customers, vendors, and partners, and run regular project reviews, readiness reviews, and executive updates.
  • Translate complex technical, operational, procurement, and delivery issues into concise updates, clear decisions, and actionable next steps.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer, partner, and vendor stakeholders at both working and executive levels.

What Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you will:

  • Own active deployments, with an integrated plan, critical path, and risk register in place for each.
  • Document version 1 of Radian Arc's standard deployment lifecycle, including stages, owners, gates, and completion criteria.
  • Stand up a live dashboard for each active deployment that updates from workflow data rather than by hand.

Within Six Months, You Will

  • Have the standard deployment process in use across all new deployments.
  • Have measurably reduced the manual effort spent on coordination, tracking, and status reporting

What You'll Need

  • 7+ years in project management, program management, technical delivery, or infrastructure deployment roles, including 5+ years managing complex infrastructure deployments involving multiple internal teams, vendors, partners, and customers.
  • 3+ years working with AI infrastructure, GPU platforms, cloud infrastructure, data centers, hardware deployments, telecommunications operators, or managed infrastructure services.
  • A track record of owning deployments end to end, with direct responsibility for timelines, dependencies, and delivery outcomes, from hardware procurement and site readiness through go-live and handover to operations.
  • Experience building or improving PMO processes, project governance, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and standardized delivery processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and improve integrated project workflows, with a practical understanding of how automation, APIs, workflow tools, and AI-assisted development tools can reduce manual coordination and reporting.
  • Technical fluency across compute, networking, storage, data center, platform, and operational workstreams: enough to challenge a plan, spot a missing dependency, and earn engineers' trust.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including with customers and executives.
  • Experience working with distributed teams across multiple countries and time zones.
