Role Objectives

The Project Manager (Compliance) is a delivery-focused role within Global Technology, responsible for leading complex compliance technology initiatives from definition through to implementation and operational handover. The role acts as the bridge between compliance, legal, business and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood, delivery plans are realistic, risks and dependencies are actively managed, and solutions are implemented in line with business, regulatory and governance expectations. The focus area for the role may evolve over time as compliance priorities, technology platforms and delivery models change.

The role is responsible for:

  • Defining, documenting and successfully delivering compliance technology projects, typically involving complex business processes, regulatory requirements, technical dependencies and cross-functional stakeholder groups.
  • Managing project scope, plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets and change control to ensure delivery remains aligned to agreed time, cost, quality and governance expectations.
  • Co-ordinating business, compliance, legal, product, architecture, engineering, testing and operational teams to support the successful implementation and adoption of compliance solutions.

Key Results / Areas

Responsible for:

  • Leading the planning and delivery of compliance technology projects, ensuring business, regulatory and technical objectives are translated into clear delivery plans, milestones and outcomes.
  • Managing delivery across multiple workstreams and teams, including internal technology teams, third-party suppliers, business stakeholders and operational owners.
  • Maintaining strong project governance, including RAID management, delivery reporting, financial tracking, change control, decision logs and escalation routes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
